How to Map ECC 6.0 Client in solution manager 4.0

How to Map ECC 6.0 Client in solution manager 4.0
1. Identify the client of ECC server to be mapped.
2. Go To SMSY (Landscape Component ) -> SYSTEM-> SAP ECC -> SID -> SAP ECC Server
3. Go to the Client Tab , Generate the RFC conn for the particular client from Solman to ECC.
4. Check the consistency of the RFC connection
5. Go to SMSY->System groups & Logical components->SAP ECC ->SAP ECC Server->SAP ECC
6. Go to Change mode and assign the Client.
7. Go to Solar_project_admin->System landscape ->Systems-> under the logical component the assigned client with the specified role is available.

SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.0

You know SAP Solution manager 4.0 is renamed to solution manager 7.0 .This change is to only to take solution manager and netweaver have the same release number. There is no other change in solution manger 7.0 rest remains same as 4.0 version.
